What we will not do with AI.
No black boxes
If the system made a decision, you can see why, and you can overrule it. Every automated action leaves a trail with a name on it.
No hostage code
You own what we build for you — source, infrastructure and credentials. Staying with us should be a preference, never a dependency.
No AI for its own sake
Where a rule, a form or a fixed integration does the job more cheaply and more reliably, we will say so and build that instead.
